This section includes detailed eligibility criteria for each Australian state and territory, covering the following visa subclasses:
- Visa Subclass 190 – Skilled Nominated Visa: A permanent visa requiring state/territory nomination.
- Visa Subclass 491 – Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa: A temporary visa for skilled workers nominated by a state/territory or sponsored by an eligible relative.
For each state and territory, users can explore:
- Specific nomination criteria applicable to their selected occupation.
- Available nomination streams, such as:
- Resident in the State/Territory – For applicants currently living in the nominating state.
